Well shit happens and bikes end up on their side. Luckily it was an easy fix, and you wouldn’t even know it was cracked.
stunt tank | 636 flat top
This is a 05-06 Kawasaki 636 tank I had hanging around the shop. I bought the bike for parts. I used the majority of the parts on a KZ650 build. The 636 tank was not going to be used, so I figured mod it out and sell it.
Stunt bike | brake mod
My brother stunts a Kawisaki 636. The dual caliper mounting bracket he uses originally accepted a six piston caliper. His master cylinder was not strong enough to grab the rotor as hard as he needed. His thought was simple just put a smaller caliper. So thats what we did! He went with a four piston caliper off the same type of bike, I believe it was a R1.
Oil Tank | Resurrection
I had to do a little rehab on the horseshoe oil tank. It had some old brazing repairs that I didn’t like. The oil tank is ready to go now!
King Sportster Tank | Chop & Mount
I found this bitchin little tank on Craigslist. It sits a little to high. So I decided to chop it! I kept the chrome in mind while making my adjustments, I don’t know if I will use it later for the finish. I also reinforced the mounting points to battle that Harley Davidson shake.
